5,000 people take up a lot of space, and whilst the CCIB offers many open areas around the Congress Halls, there is nowhere really large enough to comfortably assemble that many people in a single location. But less than five minutes walk from CCIB, just along the sea shore, we found the perfect location – the Gran Auditori, in the Parc des Auditoris.

This man-made amphitheatre is designed to hold c.8,000 people and offers a flat auditorium floor, raked seating for observers and incredible sea views. The perfect location for establishing a World Record.

On the day, directional signage and clearly branded staff will direct participants to and from the location.
